Holly Lincoln-Smith

Holly represented Australia at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games in water polo, winning a bronze medal in London. After her Olympic career she was diagnosed with cancer — and credits the mental performance skills built through sport with getting her through. She is a qualified teacher, mother of two, and has spent her career understanding what it takes to perform under genuine pressure.

Jo competed at two Olympic Games in sprint kayaking, winning 42 national championships over an 18-year elite career. She was cut from the Olympic squad twice — and came back both times.
