THINGS PARENTS ASK US

What age is this program for?
Athletes aged 8–15. The Live Cohort runs in age-matched groups — one for 8–11 year olds and one for 12–15 year olds. Content and language are tailored to each group.
Does it work for any sport?
Yes. The mental performance principles apply across all sports. We have athletes from swimming, football, gymnastics, hockey, tennis, netball, cricket, athletics and more.
How much time does it take each week?
Live Cohort: one 60-minute live session per week + 10-15 minutes of daily activities. Self-Paced: move through the content at your own pace — most families complete one module per week.
Is it safe for children online?
Absolutely. All live sessions are password-protected Zoom calls with no public access. We have a comprehensive Child Safeguarding Policy and all facilitators hold current Working With Children Checks.
What if my child misses a live session?
Every live session is recorded and uploaded to the platform within 24 hours. Your child won't miss any content.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the cohort start date. No refund within 14 days of start. Self-paced: no refund once content has been accessed.
Is this a substitute for psychology or counselling?
No. This is a performance program, not a clinical intervention. If your child is experiencing mental health challenges, please seek appropriate professional support.
